Hello, my name is Linda Yarjanian and I am the founder of Skyline Project Solutions, LLC. I successfully managed commercial real estate for over 27 years and was responsible for the finances, operations and capital projects for retail and office properties surrounding metropolitan Detroit. My passion for real estate allowed me to excel in the industry and my strong suit is being productive with large and small projects performing within budget parameters and strict timelines. I greatly enjoy working close with a variety of real estate professionals of many levels and goals. My respect for commercial real estate is a key factor with having integrity for systematic operations and maximizing the value of assets.

Project fees are based on the following structures mutually agreed upon between consultant and client. I work with clients to understand their needs and priorities before determining which fee structure (or combination therein) best fits with their requirement. Please see below:
